AllSpark Almanac II Signing in Burbank!

So, it's that time of year again!  The AllSpark Almanac II (preorder it now!)  is due out in stores in just under two weeks. To celebrate, we're doing another signing in Burbank, at the Emerald Knights comic & game shop.  In addition to Bill and myself, Marty Isenberg and Derrick Wyatt have kindly agreed to be on hand to sign the AAII, the AAI, The Arrival, toys, DVDs or whatever other Animated swag you care to bring.  Last year, Derrick, Bill and I had a blast.  There were sketches to be had, photos to be taken and much rejoicing. I'm hoping that this year is even better.

Join us Saturday, July 3rd at 1:00 PM at 4116 W Burbank Blvd, Burbank, CA, 91505.  Call (818) 588-3631 if you'd like to RSVP and make sure they'll have a copy of the AAII for you.

Hope to see you there!

The signing has come and gone, and once again it was a lot of fun.  Many thanks to Marty and Derrick for making the time to come out and meet some fans.  We didn't have QUITE as many people show up as last year, when the line was out the door, but we got to meet a good twenty-or-so of you, which was a lot of fun. Also, my wife managed to make it out for the signing, so she enjoyed meeting some of you as well.  Thanks, honey!   We also did an impromptu interview with Lonegamer, so I'm sure that we'll be seeing that on the interwebs in the not-too-distant future.

  1. Hey Mr. Sorenson! Regarding the release date of AA2, Amazon has it listed as July 13! What's up with that?

  2. That may be when Amazon is expecting to be able to mail them out. I believe that Amazon has its own distribution system, separate and apart from Diamond. Comic book shops use Diamond, and can expect their books on Wednesday, June 30th to the best of my knowledge.

  3. The signing looked like oodles of fun! I wish I could've gone, but I gotta represent SOUTH Cali :P.

Anyways, looks like somebody brought a Transformers :D. What figure is that?

  4. Bill brought along a Blackout from Takara, and Derrick had the three Sharkticon army-builders from BotCon.
